The 3 roles that will shape the future:
Biology Teacher (Long-term leave cover):
You will be the scientific engine in Secondary School and the IB Diploma Programme, teaching Biology and the fascinating Environmental Systems and Societies subject. Your mission will be to guide students through test tubes, laboratories, and general debates.
Math Teacher (Vacant position):
Forget abstract repetition. We are looking for someone capable of connecting numbers to real life, sparking critical thinking, logic, and complex problem-solving through dynamic projects.
General Science Teacher (Vacant position):
The perfect profile to awaken the innate curiosity of Secondary school students. You will foster the scientific method,



inquiry-based learning, and interdisciplinary projects connecting physics, chemistry, and earth sciences.
What superpowers are we looking for?
An international and bilingual mindset: English is our language of instruction and the heart of our communication. Therefore, a C1 level of English is required.
Genuine passion and vocation: Academic rigor, yes, but always paired with empathy and the ability to support students in a demanding, international, and close-knit environment.
Solid background: A Bachelor’s or university degree in Biology, Environmental Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field, along with your corresponding teaching qualification.
Innovative DNA: We highly value previous experience within the International Baccalaureate (IB) ecosystem, as well as teachers who thrive using active learning methodologies, project-based learning, laboratory work, and criteria-based assessment.

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
On-site schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (and one Wednesday a month, we gather for a general staff meeting from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to keep co-creating).
Salary: €34,304 gross per year, paid in 14 instalments.
Location: Terrassa, in an ideal environment for learning.
