The Opportunity This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager.

You'll lead a team of approximately 10 sales and operations professionals, taking full responsibility for the division's commercial and operational performance.

Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, you'll play a key role in delivering sustainable growth, improving operational efficiency and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities As Division Manager, you will: * Take full ownership of the division's P&L;, driving revenue growth,



profitability and cost control. * Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales and operations team. * Deliver daily operational excellence while contributing to the business's long-term strategic vision. * Ensure production, inventory and service levels consistently meet customer demand. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, efficiency and quality. * Build strong relationships with customers and support commercial activities, including quotations, contract negotiations and new business opportunities. * Monitor business performance through KPIs and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives. * Promote a positive culture of accountability, teamwork and customer focus. * Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards across the operation.

What We're Looking For We're looking for an ambitious leader who combines commercial awareness with operational expertise and enjoys taking ownership of business performance.

You'll ideally have: * 7-15 years' experience within manufacturing, industrial distribution, metals, aerospace or a similar operational environment. * A proven background spanning both sales and operational leadership.



* Experience managing people and developing high-performing teams. * Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability and operational performance. * Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. * A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to make decisions and solve complex problems. * Experience driving continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives. * The ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Experience within distribution, metals or aerospace industries would be advantageous.
