Elusav are recruiting a Senior Planner for one of Europe's largest Contractors for a Data Centre Construction Project in Zaragoza, Spain.

The Senior planner will be responsible for Developing and maintaining resource loaded schedules for pre-construction / construction / commissioning utilizing Primavera P6 Software.

Responsibilities: * Responsible for a project or portfolio of projects (regional / sectoral). * Responsible for all aspects of planning, as defined by the Planning SOP. * Reporting to Planning Department. * Reporting to Business Unit / Project Management. * Developing and maintaining schedules for pre-construction / construction / commissioning. * Developing and maintaining progress databases. * Progress reporting. * Milestone projections, delay / float path analysis. * Earned Value Management systems. * Monitoring schedule performance and productivity. * Auditing progress on site. * Attending schedule meetings, liaising with client and subcontractors. * Preparation of tender schedules. * Preparation of histograms. * Supporting weekly workface planning systems.



* Resource / cash loading of schedules. * Providing data for payment applications. * Completing contract review reports. * Responsibility for quality and accuracy of schedules and reports. * Making relevant parties aware of issues and advising on solutions. * Recording delay and disruption. * Assisting in the preparation of claims and providing data for contractual disputes. * Travelling to projects in order to carry out the above, if required. * Managing, training, coaching, supporting, developing, leading staff, if required. * Covering Planning Manager responsibilities when required. * Covering Project Planner responsibilities when required. * All other duties associated with role.

Requirements: * Minimum 5 years' experience working in planning on large-scale construction projects. * Be proficient using Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, Excel. * Clear understanding of construction methodologies and sequence. * Able to produce programme to plan and monitor the works from necessary information (drawings/model/SOW etc.). * Capable of managing the planning of large-scale projects with minimum supervision. * Be highly motivated, a self-starter & able to work well in a team on or your own. #J-18808-Ljbffr
