Yuno is seeking a Staff Incident Manager to own the major incident lifecycle end to end.
You will take control when production is broken, coordinate the right people, drive the response to resolution, and ensure we improve after every incident.
On-call is core to this role in a You Build It, You Run It model where pods own on-call.
This is not passive coordination.
