The senior accountant will perform general accounting activities, including the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, reconciliation and maintenance of accounts, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy and GAAP. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAssist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. /liliGenerate ad‑hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management. /liliMaintain and reconcile the organization's balance sheet accounts on a regular basis. /liliEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies related to balance sheet. /liliEnsure adequate level of internal controls over financial information. /liliOversee the acquisition, depreciation, and disposal of company assets. /liliConduct regular asset audits and assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance. /liliPrepare and file multi‑tax returns.



/liliSupport international business financials, tax and consolidation. /liliOwner of proper expense coding and receipt collection per company and national policy. /liliAssist with year‑end close while working closely with Finance Controller. /liliParticipate in the implementation of compliance recommendations. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum of 5 years’ experience in progressive accounting roles. /liliExperience in mid- to large ERP systems. /liliBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; accounting certification preferred but not required. /liliFluency in Italian and English; Spanish a plus. /liliStrong attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency. /liliPositive, solution‑oriented attitude and a willingness to ask “How can I help?” /liliExcellent communication, presentation and influence skills at all levels of the organization. /liliInitiative to continuously improve processes, with a sense of urgency. /liliExperience working in a fast‑paced, growth environment. /liliKnowledge of the travel and cycling industry is highly desirable but not mandatory. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
