You define and oversee the integral design strategy for our stores - from concept development and architectural execution to the integration of graphic and material design. /p pIn this role, you combine creative vision with technical expertise. You ensure brand consistency across international markets while fostering innovation in spatial concepts, materials, lighting, and storytelling. /p pIf you are passionate about shaping holistic brand experiences, managing creative and construction processes, and building the spatial identity of a growing international brand, this position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liSupport new franchise partners in store construction and setup, ensuring smooth implementation of all design and operational elements. /li liDefine and oversee holistic spatial and functional concepts, including lighting, color schemes, and material strategies, aligned with the overall brand identity. /li liSupervise space planning, furnishing, and detailed design development - from moodboards to final floor plans, including review and approval of high-quality renderings. /li liDirect the integration of graphic elements across store environments, such as wall designs, wayfinding systems, signage, and packaging concepts. /li liCoordinate and evaluate external partners, including architects, contractors,
