We are looking for French speakers with an excellent level of English to join our amazing Helpdesk Team in Barcelona!
We offer a two-week training program in August, followed by the official start of the role on 1 September, giving you the opportunity to build your skills and get ready for success from day one
RESPONSIBILITIES
Join us as a Part-Time or Full Time Helpdesk Specialist! You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for multifunction printers and related devices.
Your daily tasks will include:
·Handling customer inquiries via phone and chat.
·Providing technical support and troubleshooting.
·Supporting customers from the UK and French markets.
·Delivering a high-quality customer experience while resolving technical issues efficiently.
WHAT WE OFFER
·Permanent contract.
·Monday to Friday schedule – weekends are for relaxing!
·39-hour workweek, with shifts scheduled between 10:00 AM and 19:00 PM.
·30-hour workweek, with shifts scheduled between 09:00 AM and 15:00 PM.
·Annual gross salary:
30h/week: 8.789,53 € €,



plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to 984,62 € gross (up to 1.477 € gross per year).
39h/week: €19,623.91, plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to €160 gross (up to €1,920 gross per year).
·Two weeks of training at the Barcelona work centre, scheduled to begin on 10th August. Official start of the role: 1 September.
·Office located just a few minutes from Hospital Clínic metro station.

REQUIREMENTS
·Valid Spanish NIE and Social Security Number.
·Currently living in Barcelona.
·Immediate availability to start.
