Experteer Overview
As a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer, you will design and operate a distributed automation platform that coordinates complex network processes at scale.

You’ll own features end‑to‑end—from database schemas to UI—and contribute to test frameworks, CI/CD, and reliability in a fast‑moving environment.

You’ll work across backend, frontend, workflow orchestration, and Dev

Test activities to ensure validated, reliable, and performant network services.

This role appeals to engineers who enjoy integrating software engineering with distributed systems and automated testing to drive scale and efficiency.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and build distributed systems with durable workflow orchestration and concurrency patterns
• Develop async REST APIs, service layers, background workers, and workflow logic
• Build and maintain Go services including gRPC servers and cross‑language integrations
• Model and query data in MongoDB with schemas, indexing, and aggregation
• Enhance automated test frameworks and convert tests into automated modules
• Develop modern React/Type

Script frontends with real‑time data flows
• Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes with health checks and rolling updates
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows via Git

• Build unit and integration tests and validate REST APIs and network automation scenarios
• Apply AI‑assisted development tools and incorporate AI into the SDLC

Responsabilidades
• Proven professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python proficiency with async/await patterns (FastAPI or similar)
• Experience with network automation tools such as Netmiko, TextFSM, or Nornir
• Production Type

Script/React experience with components, hooks, and server‑state libraries
• Working proficiency in Go (building and maintaining services)
• Hands‑on distributed systems experience (workflow engines, queues, saga patterns)
• CI/CD pipeline development using Git

Hub Actions or Jenkins
• Experience with MongoDB including schema design, async drivers, aggregation, indexing
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and Docker
• Familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers, including streaming RPCs
• Kafka knowledge (producers/consumers)
• Observability with Open
