Experteer Overview
As Product Leader for Veeva Data Cloud, you will own the strategy and end-to-end execution of data products that support internal teams and external customers in the life sciences sector.

You’ll lead a cross-functional squad to build high-quality data pipelines, curation tools, and APIs, blending GenAI with traditional tech to boost data quality and efficiency.

You’ll work closely with software product and engineering teams to align roadmaps with stakeholder needs and measurable outcomes.

This role offers meaningful impact by shaping data products that accelerate therapies to patients and scale with company growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and own the data product roadmap and strategy for impactful products
• Lead cross-functional squads (10–100 FTE) toward a shared vision
• Establish success metrics, QA frameworks, and production deployment standards
• Innovate with GenAI, AI-driven automation,



and human-in-the-loop data workflows
• Engage users and stakeholders through interviews and collaboration with Software Product and Engineering teams

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record in data-centric product management (data pipelines, analytics, APIs, or data platforms)
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve speed, efficiency, and data quality
• Ability to dive into operational details (data curation workflows, data quality metrics) while keeping strategic focus
• Strong cross-functional leadership to align engineering, data science, and product teams
