In this AI Developer role, you will design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions to tackle complex business problems at scale. You’ll collaborate with global cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and drive data-driven outcomes in enterprise environments. You’ll own end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to deployment, aligning with governance standards. This position offers the chance to shape analytics initiatives and contribute to large-scale analytics solutions within a global organization.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, develop, and deploy ML models (regression, classification, ensemble) for analytical problems
• Provide technical leadership in AI solution design during cross-functional engagements
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML workflows on modern data platforms (cloud-based, distributed)
• Build end-to-end AI-driven solutions using organizational and third-party technologies
• Translate model outputs into actionable business insights with stakeholders
• Create data models, feature pipelines, and scoring systems ensuring performance and scalability




• Develop standards, templates, and best practices for model development and evaluation
• Define scope, plans, and deliverables for components aligning with project objectives
• Apply advanced domain knowledge to contribute to complex projects and optimize solutions
• Mentor junior team members and foster strong internal/external collaboration
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of experience as an AI Developer in large-scale or enterprise environments
• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong knowledge xqbhyrx of supervised and unsupervised ML
• Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with distributed computing (e.g., PySpark)
• Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API development
• Understanding of SDLC and model governance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
