Experteer Overview
Within this role you will strategically shape and lead the development of client proposals, coordinating inputs from sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and senior management.

You will QC stakeholder feedback and deliver high-quality proposals, budgets and client grids for new business.

You will participate in RFP triage, training, and onboarding to grow the Pu0026amp;C team's capabilities.

You will support contracts, change orders, standardized procedures, and continuous process improvements to increase accuracy and turnaround speed.

You will ensure senior leadership is involved in QC and strategy communication to clients.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Strategically support and lead the development of proposals, including strategy development and leading TCs
• Aggregate input from stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and top management for proposals
• QC and sense check of stakeholder feedback
• Deliver high-quality client-focused proposals,



budgets and client grids for new business opportunities
• Attend department meetings including global RFP triage and internal Pu0026amp;C meetings
• Support and participate in proposals training, onboarding and ongoing staff development
• Coordinate, develop, negotiate and execute client contracts and change orders for key accounts and opportunities
• Develop standardized departmental procedures and streamline proposal preparation and turnaround timelines
• Organize lessons learned and ongoing education programs to optimize team performance
• Support process improvement initiatives for accurate and effective costs and proposals
• Involve Senior Management in QC and communicate key opportunities and strategies to clients
• Participate in ongoing departmental process improvements and special projects alongside day-to-day duties
