Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive revenue growth for the LATAM region by leading commercial efforts, shaping strategy and the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will build and maintain a robust pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and lead high-performing sales and customer success efforts across Banking, Alternative Finance, Lending, and eCommerce sectors.

You’ll work directly with enterprise clients to deliver value through Provenir’s risk-tech platform and help scale the business in Latin America.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage and forecast regional revenue growth and pipeline health
• Lead multiple opportunities across different sales stages using Provenir's sales methodology
• Build and develop high-performing sales, business development, and customer success teams
• Prospect and nurture potential clients from cold, advancing them to purchase readiness
• Oversee revenue-focused operations: New Business, Delivery, and Account Management




• Drive customer satisfaction and promote upsell/cross-sell of services
• Develop account strategies using client growth plans, budgets, and timelines

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years selling complex technology and data solutions in the risk space
• Knowledge of fraud and/or compliance domains
• Bachelor or comparable business experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to lead C-level discussions with prospects and clients
• Strong analytical and project-management skills
• Data-driven with examples of previous success
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel to prospective clients
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to growth strategies
