Barcelona | Onsite

2 days per week | 12-month contract

We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to support a client environment in Barcelona.

This is a long-term, part-time requirement. You must be available to work onsite in Barcelona for two days every week throughout the full 12-month contract.

The environment uses Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, so we need someone with a strong background in networking who can confidently diagnose and resolve both end-user support and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing onsite 1st and 2nd line technical support
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Troubleshooting within a Cisco Meraki network environment
- Managing incidents through to resolution and escalating where required
- Supporting users professionally within a client-facing environment




- Maintaining clear records of incidents, resolutions and outstanding actions

We are looking for someone with:

- At least three years’ experience in IT support and networking
- Previous experience working at 2nd line level
- Strong practical knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Experience with Cisco Meraki infrastructure would be highly advantageous
- The ability to work independently within a customer environment
- Residence in Barcelona or within a realistic commuting distance
- Availability to work onsite two days per week for the full 12-month contract
