In this role you build and nurture strategic relationships with international merchants to enable growth and successful adoption of Adyen’s solutions. You will act as the trusted partner, translating customer needs into actionable payments strategies and value, while coordinating cross-functional efforts. You’ll drive opportunities, manage projects, and tell data-driven stories to support decision-making.
This position offers general exposure, hybrid collaboration in Madrid, and a path to broader impact in the payments landscape.

Responsabilidades
- 5+ years in a client-facing, commercial role (account management, consulting, or payments industry)
- Based in Madrid with hybrid xugodme work arrangement; some travel required
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English; additional languages a plus
- Experience with retail or complex enterprise software/financial services preferred
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects across departments and time zones
