As an AI Consultant at Globant, you will drive AI-powered transformation for banking clients, delivering high-impact financial products in a fast-paced setting. You will design and operationalize RAG systems and Agentic AI workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will deploy and monitor scalable GenAI pipelines in cloud environments, ensuring safety and quality of outputs.

Responsabilidades

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, Data, or Software Engineering with a solid STEM background
- Experience with RAG systems and Agentic AI workflows xugodme (orchestration, tool calling, memory management)
- Foundations in MLOps and cloud architectures (Azure, GCP, or AWS); familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker; Kubernetes/Airflow/MLflow a plus
- Familiarity with production-grade evaluation and guardrail frameworks (Ragas, DeepEval, LangSmith)
- Strong autonomy and English proficiency; excellent communication to translate business requirements
