In this role, you will define and operate Santander's AI Governance framework to ensure responsible deployment of AI use cases. You will coordinate governance bodies, manage the integral inventory of AI use cases, and supervise AI risk assessments across the Group. The position sits at the intersection of Business, Data u0026amp; AI, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology, shaping how AI enables value while managing risk.

You will contribute to a large-scale, technology-driven transformation focused on responsible innovation in financial services.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Design, implement, and evolve the Group-wide AI Governance model
- Coordinate AI governance bodies, including agendas, materials, decisions, and follow-up actions
- Own and maintain the global inventory of AI use cases with lifecycle tracking
- Define and coordinate AI use case risk assessments (ethical, legal, operational, reputational, data, model, cyber)
- Classify AI use cases by criticality,



lifecycle stage, impact, and risk level
- Serve as a coordination point across Business, Data u0026 AI, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology
- Define AI Governance KPIs and prepare reporting for senior management
- Support AI Adoption teams by embedding governance requirements in delivery objectives

Responsabilidades

- +5 years of experience in Governance, Risk or Internal Control
- Experience within Santander Group is a plus
- Solid xugodme experience in governance bodies, risk management, internal control, or technology governance frameworks
- Knowledge of AI governance and risk frameworks such as EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles, or OWASP
- Fluent in English
