- Code of Conduct enforcement and local compliance alignment
- Training and development, and employee relations
- Shapes workplace culture

Responsibilities

- Disciplinary, functional and lateral (stakeholder mgt., multi-functional / transnational teams) leadership, especially guiding, motivating and developing subordinate staff. Implementation of a high performance culture in the sphere of impact
- Planning, agreeing, monitoring and reporting of required resources to accomplish the delegated work (e.G. budget(s), services, equipment), continuous improvement of work processes in the designated area




- Responsibility for continuous improvement in the designated area, in line with broader organisational goals and objectives
- Risk management activities for the area of responsibility, especially the regular and exhaustive identification, evaluation, mitigation and reporting of risks
- Realisation of strategic company-wide and functional projects in the area of responsibility. Continuous Business Partnering
