What we look for?

We are looking for 3 Apache Spark (Backend Developer Analyst) with at least 2 years of experience in backend application development, particularly within Big Data environments using Apache Spark.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, follows Agile development methodologies, and has experience working in collaborative, continuously improving software teams.

Strong knowledge of SQL, Continuous Integration practices (Git, GitHub, Jenkins), and excellent communication skills in English (B2+/C1 level) are essential.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Apache Spark and Big Data technologies.

Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following Agile methodologies.

Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and database-related processes.

Implement and support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Git, GitHub, and Jenkins.

Create and maintain automation scripts, mainly using Bash.





Support and monitor batch processing environments using tools such as Control-M.

Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with development best practices, leveraging tools such as SonarQube.

Contribute to cloud-based and containerized environments using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS.

Participate in the implementation and maintenance of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) solutions.

What do we expect from you?

Mandatory requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in backend software development.

Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Big Data technologies.

Strong understanding of Agile software development practices.

Experience with Git, GitHub, and Jenkins in CI/CD environments.

Solid knowledge of SQL.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher (C1 preferred).

Nice to have

Experience with Jenkins orchestration.

Knowledge of Bash scripting.

Experience with Control-M scheduling and monitoring tools.

Familiarity with SDLC management tools such as HP ALM.

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube).

Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, and Object Storage Services (OSS/S3).

Exposure to SOA Architecture and distributed systems.
