In this role you support Compensation u0026amp; Benefits, HR analytics, and HR operations to strengthen data quality and decision-making. You’ll develop reports, dashboards, and guidelines that enable transparent, standardized HR processes across international teams. You will assist with insurance-related HR topics and drive continuous improvements in HR operations.

This is a data-driven, cross-functional position that connects HR with internal stakeholders, contributing to an efficient, compliant workplace with global scope.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analyses ensuring data quality and consistency
- Provide analytical and organizational support for recurring HR cycles and initiatives, including decision-ready materials
- Assist with insurance-related HR topics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Draft, revise, and maintain HR guidelines and process descriptions for clarity and standardization




- Support HR Operations projects and process improvements, coordinating activities and tracking with stakeholders
- Serve as a reliable interface between HR functional teams and other internal stakeholders

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or comparable field
- Professional experience in HR Operations, People Analytics, Compensation u0026 Benefits or related area
- High attention to detail and a structured, accurate working style
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting xugodme
- Interest in HR processes and data-driven work
- Ability to work in an international and intercultural environment with openness to diverse perspectives
- Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with stakeholders
- Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to team success and continuous improvement
