We’re looking for a Portfolio Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients by delivering a service experience that blends human expertise with self‑service capability.

This role is adecuado for someone with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management who is ready to take ownership of a portfolio, deepen client relationships, and make a tangible impact on business growth and client success.

The Role

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high‑value business clients, acting as a trusted partner throughout their journey with Convera. You’ll combine relationship management, commercial ownership, and strategic problem‑solving to help clients navigate international payments, foreign exchange, and risk management solutions.

The foreign exchange and international payments landscape is fast‑moving and complex.



Our clients rely on us to help them manage cross‑border transactions efficiently while delivering the right balance of digital self‑service tools and expert support. In this role, you’ll have direct responsibility for driving revenue growth, retention, and client engagement across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Client Growth

- Own and grow a portfolio of upper SMB clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, objectives, and international payment requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to deliver additional value through Convera’s products and services.
- Drive portfolio retention and expansion through proactive relationship management and regular client engagement.
