In this role you lead the Backend Engineering team within Betsson Group's Campaigns and Rewards in Málaga, driving delivery and team health. You contribute as a developer while shaping next-generation Engagement products for the iGaming space. You collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable software solutions.

You will shape architecture, review code, and mentor engineers to foster a strong team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with a meaningful impact on loyalty-driven initiatives like tournaments and personalized campaigns.

- 5+ years software development experience
- Experience managing teams of software engineers
