In this role you will join Betsson Group's Player Rewards u0026amp; Gamification-Product Development team in Malaga to build scalable backend services that drive loyalty and engagement. You will work on containerization and cloud migration to scale systems while maintaining quality, shaping architecture, and delivering maintainable features. You collaborate with product and commercial teams to turn engagement ideas into robust solutions.

You will be part of an ambitious team focused on high-performance, observable microservices that enable differentiating player experiences.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design and develop distributed backend services using .NET and event-driven architecture
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to translate engagement ideas into scalable solutions
- Optimize microservice ecosystem for performance, reliability, and observability
- Drive containerization and cloud migration strategy forward
- Participate in architecture discussions and influence technical decisions
- For senior engineers:



lead architectural decisions and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and conduct code reviews
- Participate in incident resolution and on-call rotation
- Maintain technical documentation (ADRs, runbooks, guidelines)
- Build and share domain expertise within the team

- Strong experience with C#, .NET (modern versions after .NET Core)
- Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, Couchbase
- Cloud u0026 Containers: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
- Testing u0026 Quality: xUnit/NUnit; mocking frameworks; load testing with k6
- xugodme Messaging u0026 Microservices: Web APIs, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Orleans
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Splunk
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions; trunk-based development; progressive delivery
- Architecture: Domain-driven design, event sourcing, distributed systems
- Ways of Working: Agile and Lean, DevOps mindset, collaboration
