As a Business Controller at Sulzer, you will safeguard financial integrity by driving accurate reporting, compliance, and internal controls. You connect local manufacturing with the Center of Excellence to coordinate key financial and project activities. You’ll translate strategic plans into actionable financial insights, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement across sites.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Track and manage sales and backlogs with accuracy
- Monitor contract profitability and utilization metrics
- Align strategic plans with operational and financial drivers (Su0026OP, resource management, capital projects, working capital)
- Generate, model, and execute plans to address performance gaps
- Provide business planning, forecasting, and budgeting support to stakeholders
- Coordinate tasks with CoE u0026 BPO teams




- Perform variance analysis and manage internal financial reports
- Support Head Office on financial matters

Responsabilidades

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Controlling
- Proven track record in inventory management, cost control, and project management
- Experience in manufacturing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cost controlling, budgeting, and financial planning
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between local operations, BPO and CoE
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional xugodme teams
- Flexible and resilient when facing challenges
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with Tagetik and Qlik Sense is a plus
- Understanding of integrated ERP systems is a plus
- Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Proficiency in English (C1)
