In this role you design and strengthen Ricoh’s global data architecture, partnering with international teams to deliver data-driven solutions for strategic decision-making. You shape backend SQL (ETL/SSIS) and Power BI reporting, build user-friendly data interfaces, and advance data governance and quality. You’ll integrate new data sources, document processes, and align solutions with global priorities in a collaborative, multicultural setting.

Responsabilidades

- Strong technical foundation to design and deliver data-driven solutions in a complex, multicultural environment




- Solid understanding of data architecture and data modelling on modern data platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and related data services in Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong SQL skills with data transformation, modelling and analytical use cases
- Practical experience with Python for data processing and automation
- Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) including Dataverse integration
- Experience delivering end-to-end data and application solutions for reporting and dashboards
- Exposure to Copilot Studio and interest in intelligent, data-driven applications
- Experience in machine learning or advanced analytics xugodme is advantageous
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Azure) and GitHub version control is desirable
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving, organisational and time management skills
- Adaptable in a global environment with a collaborative, customer-focused attitude
