In this Marketing Manager role, you will lead brand and growth initiatives for Spain and Portugal, shaping go-to-market strategies and local storytelling to drive conversions. You’ll collaborate with regional and global teams to adapt campaigns to local nuances, run full-funnel local activation, and test ideas with data-driven rigor. The position offers a platform to influence product perception in fintech markets and scale regional impact within Revolut’s growth agenda.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own local go-to-market campaigns across Spain and Portugal, including audience strategy, messaging, and communications
- Develop and manage full-funnel local campaigns (acquisition, activation, retention) and calendar planning with the Marketing team
- Lead research plans to uncover customer insights, monitor fintech/payments landscape, and inform roadmaps
- Define tone of voice and style guides for Spain/Portugal, adapting global campaigns to local nuances
- Run experiments to test hypotheses and inform go-to-market strategy with analytical rigor




- Deliver campaigns with growth bias and measurable business impact (NABs, activation, revenue)
- Collaborate with regional leadership and global Marketing to ensure local resonance and commercial performance
- Scale creative efforts by creating playbooks and operationalising resources for Southern Europe

Responsabilidades

- Fluency in Spanish (native level) and English
- 4+ years of marketing experience in fast-paced, preferably hyper-growth tech environments
- Experience leading local or regional xugodme marketing for a brand across multiple markets
- Knowledge of local markets and competitive fintech/payments landscape in Spain and/or Portugal
- Experience developing stories and content to drive conversion
- Track record of strategic direction and cross-functional project management for complex campaigns
- Ability to distill data into actionable insights for campaign strategy and product development
- Charismatic, people-focused communicator capable of working in a growth environment
