As an MRO Buyer you will source and manage goods and services that keep manufacturing facilities running reliably. You will work with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, HSE, and Procurement to shape sourcing strategies, improve supplier performance, and reduce total cost of ownership.

Your role helps ensure continuity of critical spare parts, tools, and services across plants. This position offers impact through cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and ongoing improvement in an international, collaborative environment.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for MRO categories (spare parts, consumables, maintenance services, tooling, facility services)
- Manage supplier risk, lead times, and inventory strategies to ensure supply continuity
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to optimize maintenance spend and standardization across plants
- Lead RFQs, negotiations, and contract management for MRO goods and services
- Identify cost reduction, value engineering, and demand-control opportunities
- Conduct market intelligence and supplier assessments to identify best practices
- Support maintenance programs through effective supplier management and sourcing solutions




- Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and service
- Establish framework agreements and catalog solutions to simplify purchasing and improve compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and sourcing requirements
- Monitor KPIs on MRO spend, supplier performance, contract compliance, and inventory optimization
- Ensure compliance with policies, sustainability goals, and health u0026 safety requirements

Responsabilidades

- Strong procurement experience in industrial/MRO environments
- Experience negotiating contracts for xugodme maintenance services, tooling, or industrial equipment
- Knowledge of maintenance operations, spare parts sourcing, and inventory optimization
- Ability to analyze spend and supplier performance and develop sourcing strategies
- Experience working with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations stakeholders
- Proficiency in procurement systems and spend analysis tools
- Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum 5 years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Industrial Purchasing
- Full professional proficiency in English
