An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Captain to join a beautifully maintained 24m Oyster 825 sailing yacht operating a mixed private and charter programme.

The yacht has confirmed charter bookings throughout August, alongside owner use across the summer.

This is initially a temporary position from 21 July until the end of October 2026,-- Single applicants and those coupled with a Chef are welcome to apply.

THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will be a strong charter Captain first and foremost, with a fantastic personality and a natural flair for working with guests.

You will be expected to confidently manage all charter operations, including logistics, guest requests, itineraries independently. Strong hospitality and service skills are essential, alongside the ability to be a proactive, self-starting and hands-on member of a small crew.

REQUIREMENTS

- Yacht master Offshore or Ocean
- Strong charter experience
- Proven Med and Caribbean experience preferred




- Previous experience managing charter operations independently
- Excellent guest-facing and hospitality skills
- Confident, personable and professional personality
- Strong organisational skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive within a small crew environment
- Must be able to commit from 21 July until the end of October 2026

ITINERARY

The yacht will be based in Palma from 21 July 2026.

Charters throughout August

Following the charter period, the yacht will undertake owner trips throughout the Balearics, with the possibility of further charter bookings.

The yacht is due to return to Imperia at the end of October for warranty work.
