In this role, you drive profitable, sustainable demand growth for PHINIA’s EMEA aftermarket products. You’ll craft market insights, GTM plans, and product strategies to meet customer needs across multiple countries. You’ll work closely with regional teams to launch products, optimize SKUs, and manage phase-outs while tracking performance. This position offers impact across product messaging, pricing, and channel strategies in a values-driven, collaborative culture.

- Lead market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and define strategies
- Leverage internal and external data to guide product focus and segmentation
- Own GTM strategies and product range policy (NTR and phase-outs)
- Optimize SKU performance and drive successful product launches with post-launch reviews
- Create compelling product messaging and maintain updated product information (catalog, specs, training)
- Support inventory reduction/disposal during phase-outs in collaboration with other functions
- Identify new product/segment/channel opportunities and provide technical/workshop solutions
- Analyze sales and pricing to drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion
- Lead continuous improvement opportunities for marketing in EMEA
Responsabilidades
- 3+ years in marketing (category/product/trade)
- Experience in automotive industry or similar multi-country market
- Ability to use market data, financial xugodme drivers, and business metrics to shape strategy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; second language is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
