In this role you drive the digitization of REWE Group’s Building Management assets. You will help shape the Enterprise Asset Management strategy, implement Digital Twin concepts, and expand the Octave Attune platform across stores, logistics centers, and offices. You’ll collaborate with process owners, architects, and suppliers to deliver scalable, data-driven maintenance solutions.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of business, tech, and facilities, offering the chance to influence how buildings and assets are managed across regions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Develop and evolve the Enterprise Asset Management strategy and data structures for assets
- Contribute to Digital Twin concepts and standardize data and maintenance processes across countries
- Analyze and optimize business processes, capturing requirements from users and stakeholders
- Design target processes and collaborate with partners on functional/technical solutions




- Configure and evolve Octave Attune workflows, data structures, imports, testing, and validation
- Plan, coordinate, test, and deploy new features; support international expansion of EAM capabilities
- Ensure operational stability of EAM solutions and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes

Responsabilidades

- More than 3 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, Facility Management, Business Engineering, or Requirements Management
- Experience with Hexagon EAM/Octave Attune xugodme or similar platforms (e.g., SAP EAM, Maximo, Planon, Archibus)
- Strong process analysis and requirements definition skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Professional-level English; German is a plus
- Experience with Jira and Confluence; agile experience preferred
