In this role you support the design, execution, and oversight of clinical trials, helping drive the development of innovative therapies. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely data collection and study documentation. The position offers exposure to trial coordination, data management, and regulatory processes within a global CRO environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate site initiation, patient recruitment, data collection, and monitoring visits for timely data capture
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics to enable successful trial execution




- Maintain study documentation and records in compliance with SOPs and regulations
- Support study close-out activities including data cleaning, analysis, and preparation of clinical study reports

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail xugodme and problem-solving abilities ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
