As a Cloud Ops Engineer at Unit4 Cloud Ops, you solve customer processing issues by pinpointing root causes and implementing durable fixes. You’ll work in a structured, modern tech stack with Azure, DevOps practices, and troubleshooting skills to deliver robust solutions. Responsabilidades

- Experience in Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL Server, PowerShell, SMTP, IIS, FTP/SMTP
- Willingness to learn and grow with new technologies and practices
- Resourcefulness in finding information and applying solutions quickly
- Knowledge of xugodme MS Windows Server monitoring/maintenance; automation and scripting tools like PowerShell, JSON
- Knowledge of networking, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server is advantageous
- Good English communication, both written and spoken
