We are looking for an experienced Commis Cook to join the team at SLS Barcelona.

- Assist in menu preparation, kitchen organization and production.

- Work within a team to ensure menu prep is done according to the guidelines set by Sous Chef.
- Assist with the storage, preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the required standards.
- Ensure smooth operations, timely orders and deliveries, and high food hygiene standards.
- Pay attention to details to ensure every dish served meets quality expectations.

Qualifications - Previous experience working as part of a similar sized kitchen team.

- Passion for food and a love for the restaurant’s particular flavors.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests and team.
