In this role you will bridge security operations, governance, and business stakeholders to ensure audit-ready security compliance at scale. You will shape and maintain audit processes, support regulatory initiatives like DORA, and drive continuous improvement across the integral security program. You’ll work in an international, fast-moving environment within Allianz’s Cyber Defense Center to protect data and systems.
This is an opportunity to influence governance and incident response at a global level and contribute to a transformation in security compliance.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and manage end-to-end audit processes with evidence gathering and audit-ready materials
- Support internal and external audit activities for global security incident processes and evidence delivery
- Oversee security controls implementation with IS Governance and craft actionable compliance plans
- Identify opportunities for control automation and continuous monitoring
- Support development and improvement of the global security incident response process
- Contribute to regulatory implementations (e.g., DORA)
- Serve as liaison among ACDC, IT, other InfoSec functions,
IS Governance, and third parties
- Support compliance processes for third-party providers
- Collaborate with Allianz Group IT and Information Security community
- Advise on local Information Security assurance reviews (logging concepts, security playbooks)
Responsabilidades
- +5 years in compliance, audit, governance and information security
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration in combination with IT or equivalent
- Knowledge of enterprise security control frameworks, IT incident management, and strategic incident response design
- Strong understanding of European regulatory environment xugodme for financial institutions (DORA, GDPR, NIS2, etc.)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently in an international, multi-location team with global stakeholders
- Professional curiosity, professional demeanor, problem-solving and proactive mindset
- Ability to interact with technical and non-technical staff in exceptional situations
