About Swan is Europe’s embedded banking specialist. We empower software companies to embed banking features like accounts, cards, and payments directly into their products, under their own brand.

Your mission is to keep our banking features safe and secure. You will combine business, legal, regulatory and customer‑support expertise. As a compliance officer in Spain, you will serve as the AMLRO and ensure operations remain in line with regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Submissions: own submitting regulatory documents under the supervision of the Head of Compliance.

Business Use Cases: explore regulatory aspects of various business use cases.

Compliance Documentation: maintain internal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Regulatory Watch: conduct regulatory watch on Spanish banking supervision matters to keep the organization informed and compliant.

Regulatory Bodies:



serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish regulatory bodies (Banco de España / SEPBLAC / CNMV). Significant experience (+5 years) in a compliance position in a financial institution, ideally in a Fintech or other fast‑paced work environment. Excellent knowledge of Spanish banking regulations and the payment ecosystem. Synthesis and analytical mindset with strong writing skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
