As a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you will drive cost accuracy and value across complex construction projects, focusing on pre- and post-contract cost management. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop and present cost plans, perform estimates at multiple stages, and support procurement and post-contract activities. The role blends technical rigor with client-facing leadership, contributing to project outcomes and value management.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Provide estimates and cost planning, including final cost plans
- Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels
- Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reporting
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes and contract documentation
- Support post-contract cost variances and change control
- Oversee cost checks, valuations, and timely reporting to clients
- Contribute to value engineering and approve final accounts




- Maintain client and consultant liaison across project stages
- Provide leadership to the cost management team when needed
- Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and contribute to marketing efforts
- Suggest improvements for cost management procedures and templates

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 5 years' experience preparing cost estimates
- Experience in Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong technical experience in pre-contract, post-contract, and final accounts
- Solid understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction
- Knowledge of civils, xugodme structural, and architectural aspects in projects
- Experience leading cost management on medium to large and complex projects
- Experience advising clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and work in a team
