In this role you design and analyse clinical trials and support the advancement of innovative therapies. You will monitor trials, ensure data integrity and patient safety, and collaborate across study teams to enable compliant study conduct. You’ll work with the pharmacy team and site staff to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to trial documentation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct




- Perform data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data in the unblinded CRF
- Contribute to preparation and review of study documentation including protocols and clinical study reports

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- Experience in Oncology Early Phase studies
- Dose escalation experience highly valued
- Unblinded studies experience highly valued
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines xugodme
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
