As a Project Manager in Fever's Brand Partnerships team, you will drive end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns for top brands across Spain and Portugal. You’ll work cross-functionally to align priorities, manage client communications, and oversee production logistics from ideation to delivery. You’ll translate performance data into actionable insights and help shape creative strategies that exceed client expectations.
This role offers hands-on ownership in a fast-paced, creative environment with significant impact on live experiences.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of brand partnership projects across Spain and Portugal, on time and on budget
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (sales, marketing, design, creative strategy, Fever Originals) to align priorities
- Lead day-to-day client communication, deliver premium account servicing, identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate on creative strategy and develop proposal decks and deliverable packages within client budgets
- Oversee production logistics,
including sourcing external suppliers and leading local/national shoots
- Analyze campaigns and report insights to inform optimization and decision-making
- Maintain market knowledge of regional media/events to inform competitive reviews and optimize processes
Responsabilidades
- 3-5+ years in project management, account management, or production (media owner or creative agency preferred)
- Native-level Spanish and professional English fluency
- Proven client servicing and negotiation capabilities xugodme
- Experience crafting client-facing decks and strategic proposals
- Strong analytical and strategic ability to translate data into actionable reports
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- openness to on-camera content creation or basic videography skills (advantage)
