Who you are

- Do you “speak” Porsche? Because we are looking for passionate Customer Experts who seek to revolutionise Porsche's customer service

- Native level of Spanish with a proficient level of English and Portuguese

- Experience working in the automotive industry

- Experience in luxury Customer Service Experience with a CRM (e.g. SAP, Salesforce or any other)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to quickly understand customer's needs, with an empathetic and problem-solving mindset

What the job involves

- We are growing our Spanish and Portuguese team at Porsche's Customer Relations Hub (CRH) in Barcelona together with you

- At the CRH we are creating something new and innovative to inspire the customer experience of the Porsche brand

- You may think of it as a call center – but way better!





- You are an essential part of Porsche's customer success, so you might as well call yourself a Porsche Ambassador

- Your mission will be to provide excellent customer support by delivering clear, accurate information and ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience

- Representing our products and services

- Being the first point of contact for our customers from the Iberian market

- Supporting the development of the Customer Relations Hub by introducing your ideas

- Using your communication skills to help customers with a wide variety of issues

- Assuring the customers have a positive experience that fits our quality standards
