/lili2 years of experience in customer service, support operations, or similar client-facing roles.

/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different teams and with external stakeholders.

/liliA proactive and collaborative approach, combined with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

/liliPrevious experience working with business systems such as ERP or CRM platforms is required.

/liliSolid command of Microsoft Office tools for daily operational tasks and reporting.

/liliSecondary education or equivalent academic background.

/liliBasic understanding of financial or accounting principles will be considered an advantage.
