Senior Manager in the Cyber Security Team leads TDR managed services delivery and governance, shaping engagement strategies and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive transformation, strengthen client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Your role blends technical leadership with governance, ensuring service excellence and compliance with EY standards. This is a chance to influence TDR offerings and contribute to thought leadership within a global delivery context.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Provide technical leadership in SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, EDR and related Threat Framework technologies
- Lead large-scale projects and programs to deliver strategic initiatives and transform client operations
- Oversee managed service delivery using ITIL framework, including transition planning for large outsourcing deals
- Draft and review SOWs, proposals, and implementation plans; support RFP responses and bid presentations
- Mentor and develop junior team members; coach and foster learning culture




- Manage client relationships and expectations; drive business development within existing engagements
- Ensure work quality aligns with EY standards through review and quality control
- Plan engagements, assign teams with appropriate skill sets, and monitor progress and deliverables

Responsabilidades

- B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/MSc/BSc/MBA/PGDM/Ph. xugodme D. with strong technical skills
- ~12 years in management consulting or similar advisory roles; ~8–10 years project management experience in large projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; track record in complex programs
- Understanding of project governance and change management; PRINCE2 or PMP desirable
- Significant security engineering experience; ability to deliver cyber solutions and guidance
- Experience delivering TDR support projects and familiarity with TDR tools
- Certifications: CISSP, GCIH, GMON, GCIA, CISM (any two)
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
