In this role you will be a data partner to the Compliance Office, Operations and Strategy teams, supplying accurate reporting and actionable insights to guide compliance decisions. You’ll analyze complex datasets with SQL and Excel, build dashboards to monitor trends, and ensure data consistency across systems. You will collaborate with Product and Data teams to align on compliance data and leverage BI tools to inform strategy.
This role offers the chance to impact risk management and scale data-driven compliance processes within a global fintech platform.

Responsabilidades
- 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in compliance, fintech, financial services or risk
- Proficiency in xugodme SQL and Excel
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills; able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Python - An advantage
- Experience leveraging AI to optimize processes, automate tasks, and drive better results - An advantage
