Maintain operational continuity through proactive monitoring, incident response and engineering coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor critical systems.
- Coordinate technical incidents.
- Analyse alarms.
- Plan maintenance windows.
- Produce operational reports.
- Ensure SLA compliance.
- Support emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree.
- Experience within mission-critical facilities.
