In this senior Digital Product Owner role, you shape and govern Customer Contact Management within the Order to Cash ecosystem. You own the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce-based solutions, driving value through innovative, data-driven product decisions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency at scale.

The opportunity centers on leveraging Salesforce and AI to transform digital customer contact and automate processes in a regulated healthcare environment.

- Define and execute the digital strategy for Customer Contact Management aligned with Order to Cash and Digital priorities
- Own the product roadmap and ensure features deliver measurable business value
- Oversee lifecycle from implementation to retirement with governance and architecture alignment
- Forecast and build business cases; support budget tracking with Finance and Procurement
- Collaborate with Order to Cash stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate needs into requirements
- Lead agile development with Scrum,



define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Embed a customer-centric perspective using data-driven insights and user research
- Drive adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Einstein AI to improve omnichannel support
- Lead digitalization, automation, and responsible AI initiatives in line with governance

Responsabilidades

- 7–10 years in enterprise digital product management
- 5+ years Salesforce platform experience
- 3+ years in senior product ownership or management
- Strong Salesforce AI and automation background; ability to learn Agentforce quickly xugodme
- Experience in Order to Cash, Customer Service Management, or related processes
- Pharma/healthcare industry experience preferred
- PSPO I certification mandatory; Salesforce Product Owner certification; Salesforce Agentforce certification or active enrollment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
