In this role you lead the Cost Management function for our data centre business in Spain, guiding client engagements and project cost control. You will shape estimates, cost planning, procurement, and post-contract cost governance across major data centre projects. You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver value and ensure financial success. This is a senior, client-facing role with strategic impact in a growth-focused sector.

- Lead the Cost Management team and ensure delivery of accountabilities
- Interface with client, stakeholders and other consultants across project stages
- Provide cost estimates and cost planning, including presenting final estimates
- Oversee procurement activities: pre-qualification, tender lists, tender analysis, tender reports, and contract documents
- Manage post‑contract cost variances and change control processes
- Oversee cost checks and payment recommendations; support staff as needed
- Prepare timely, accurate cost checking, valuation,



and monthly cost reports (present to client)

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in cost management
- Broad experience across cost management areas: planning, estimating, pre-contract, post-contract, final account
- Experience producing Cost Management estimates and reports
- Experience in Data Centre sector
- Experience with value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
- Understanding of cost components (labour, plant, materials), cashflow, xugodme and commitments
- Experience with business development aspects
- Good organization, multi-tasking, and teamwork
- Fluent English; Spanish language skills preferred
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and modern cost management digital tools
