Loan Syndication Analyst H/F VIE 12 01/11/2026 Non MADRID Missions - Support in the preparation of DAR syndication opinion(s) (including pricing and structuring) with focus on transactions with a nexus to Spanish-speaking countries - Comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis - Completion of closing memos in a timely manner - Assist with various Powerpoint presentations in connection with pitches and market updates - Assist with Excel spreadsheets reports and databases - Use Debtdomain database when inviting banks into a transaction or for reporting/search purposes - Update comparable files - Support the team in preparing bank meetings & complete call reports - Assist in conducting market research and present market update - Support coordinating the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, especially with a focus on non-bank investors,
