In this role you will lead e-commerce strategy, product propositions, and seasonal promotions for Xiaomi’s online ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan launches, campaigns, and mall partnerships that differentiate our offerings. You will analyze market trends and user data to optimize campaigns and sales operations, driving growth in local markets.

You’ll build data-driven reports for sales leadership and help cultivate online shopping culture through integrated online/offline efforts. This is an action-oriented role in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on impact and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in e-commerce, online operations, sales planning, product management, or product marketing
- self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- ambition to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment

- excellent communication skills
- Mandarin is a must
