ROLE SUMMARY:Colegio Mestral, a leading private bilingual school in Ibiza,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead a class of Early Years pupils, delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with the bilingual teaching team to ensure consistent, high-quality practice
- Communicate effectively with families regarding progress and daily routines
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and Early Years project
