As Engineering Manager in a Barcelona-based team, you will lead and grow a high-performing group of engineers to deliver secure software solutions. You’ll align technical work with business goals and collaborate with product teams to drive development. You will shape engineering culture through ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Significant software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills
- Proficiency in team management, process improvement, and communication
- Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Experience leading Windows, Linux, and macOS projects
- Familiarity xugodme with C#, C/C++, PowerShell, Angular, Swift
- Understanding of Cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps (Azure, SQL Server, GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Knowledge of distributed systems, API-centric architecture, test automation, and secure development practices
- Experience with digital certificates is a plus
