In this role you will lead a Domain Engineering team within the Agentic Commerce program, delivering AI-driven features for millions of customers. You will enable scalable, resilient architecture and drive product delivery in close collaboration with Product Owners and Domain Architects. You’ll mentor engineers, foster agile practices, and manage budget and technical direction to enhance the customer experience.

This position offers impact through shaping AI-enabled commerce and leading cross-functional teams in a multinational setting.

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years of software development experience
- Proven people management and communication skills
- Strong background in Agile and Lean methodologies
- xugodme Several years of e-commerce industry experience
- Extensive experience with software development tools and practices (Atlassian suite, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, operations)
- Experience with AI-powered software development or large language models (LLMs) is a plus
