As Engineering Manager (AI) in Advanced Analytics, you lead AI engineering teams building agent-based and conversational/voice AI systems for digital insurance products. You’ll shape team structure, hiring, and delivery rhythm while ensuring alignment with governance, compliance, and platform strategy. You enable production-grade AI by coordinating with backend, frontend, and governance teams, balancing roadmaps across surfaces.

You drive impact by shipping applied AI that improves customer and operational outcomes.

- Balance capacity across agent and voice surfaces to meet demand
- Coordinate embedded AI specialists with backend teams and assess performance trade-offs
- Coach technical leads on prompt engineering, agent design, NLU/NLP, and voice flow
- Collaborate with AI Governance Review for compliance, bias and attestations
- Coordinate AI service change windows through CAB and Run u0026 Change service layer




- Balance agent and voice roadmaps and ensure coherent cross-surface investment
- Work with backend and frontend leads on AI service consumption and UX patterns
- Lead hiring loops with rubric-based interviews for AI roles

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years engineering experience with at least 3 years in people management leading applied AI/ML/conversational AI teams
- Track record managing 6 to 15 engineers across two teams or specialisations
- Strong AI stack literacy: prompt engineering, agent design, NLU/NLP, voice flow design
- xugodme Production AI deployment on Kubernetes: API design, observability, latency and cost control
- Embedded-specialist delivery models balancing central capability with product team integration
- Structured hiring at scale: rubric-based interviews, calibration, onboarding
- Formal performance management, career frameworks, and compensation calibration
- Familiarity with AI governance/ethics processes and regulatory requirements
- Ability to coordinate across peers, governance, and external vendors
